Patrick Hamrick

At a case involving Benjamin Hamrick, who was in debt to Humphry Burdet, the court ordered a dedimus issue to take the deposition of Patrick Hamrick, an antient and infirm person(1)

Patrick would have been 77 years old at the time this court order was issued. (REF: 1684) Obviously, his debilities prevented him from traveling to the court house.
